Status transformation and consequential change in the TEM ČATEŽ d.d. name
We hereby inform you that on 2 December 2019, the TEM Čatež, d.d. status was transformed into a limited liability company, based on the Novo mesto District Court decision ref. no. 2019/47234 of 2 December 2019. This modification has been made solely for the purpose of simplifying the company’s operations.
Consequently, the company name has changed, and reads as follows as of 2 December 2019: TOVARNA ELEKTROMATERIALA ČATEŽ, d.o.o., short company name: TEM Čatež, d.o.o.
All other company data (transaction account, address, tax number, registration number) remain unchanged. Moreover, the company organisation and operations, as well as the quality of our products and services, remain completely intact.
We kindly ask you to consider this change in the company name and short company name in conducting business transactions with us (in issuing order forms, invoices, etc.).
